Rose Theatre is divided into two groups based on his age and meets every Saturday semester in the theater. Each group is led by an experienced youth theater leader and an assistant. These groups perform together during Christmas and have additional performances each year. The upper grade group has a maximum of 20 members and the lower grade group has a maximum of 15 members, so they can work with everyone who participates in a very personal way. During the weekly meetings, members have many opportunities to share and develop their skills and talents. Depending on the needs of the team and the particular show they are rehearsing, Rose Theatre works in a variety of ways-they do use scripts often, but they also improvise, design and use the foundations of games and role-playing to develop their work.
